How plans, one-time packages, credits, renewals and refunds work.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged by our payment provider. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps access until the end of the paid period.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
Credits are a usage allowance, not currency. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are recorded in a permanent, append-only ledger.
Credits are consumed when a generation runs. A run that fails before producing output is refunded to your balance automatically.
One-time packages are refundable within 14 days if no paid generation has been run against them.
Subscription periods already used are non-refundable except where required by law.
Refunds and payment disputes end paid access and remove the paid plan tier. Credits already spent are not restored.
If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider retries it. Paid access ends if the subscription is ultimately cancelled for non-payment.
